Each Item at Oops by Kelly Nicole is hand-assembled and carries a touch of individuality, slight variations that showcase the individual craftsmanship poured into their creation.

Items will ship as soon as possible within 2 weeks of your order date and you will receive a notification when your items ship.  

Because our products are made to order, before you purchase please check the processing and shipping times. It is your responsibility to read the item description and shipping times and plan accordingly. 

If you need your order sooner than our normal shipping time, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate you if possible.

Please TRIPLE check your address on the order is correct and your current address. The order will ship by default to your saved address. We are not responsible for items going to the wrong address. *If you entered the wrong address, please contact us right away and we will try to correct it. Addresses cannot be changed once the order is shipped.

Once accepted by the postal service we are not responsible for the item. If your item is late, please let us know and we will verify the shipping date and information. Once it is in the care of the Postal Service they are responsible for the shipping and any delivery issues will have to be directed to them.

If your item is damaged in transit item will not be refunded, but if you send photos of damaged packaging AND item, and we will send a replacement.
